A wall installation of 40’ holds fragments of individually-shaped acrylic panel paintings contributing to an illusion of a purple-grey toned rectangle.  While the geometric illusion is formed from fragments, the other half of the shaped painting/object contains individually chosen and painted subjects.
Perception of this artwork requires walking the distance to absorb the individual ideas, or while perceiving the geometric illusion from afar.
This collective project suggests our present social condition of living between isolation and an illusionary form of communication.
