Satellite is pleased to host the Creative Arts Festival organized by the School for Advanced Studies in Arts and Humanities at Western University. School for Advanced Studies in the Arts and Humanities is an advanced four-year liberal arts program that combines interdisciplinary study, language acquisition, community engagement, experiential learning, interaction with digital technologies and environments, and opportunities for international travel and exchange. This enriched learning experience educates students as future research leaders and community leaders and global citizens.

The Creative Arts Festival encourages a cultural exploration of the complexities of human achievement, communication, and motivation. For this year’s exhibition, students have created work based on questions surrounding humanity, self, and growth that they have been challenged with during their educational experience.

The student work will be on display January 10-19th and creative writing group CreativiTea will host a poetry reading on January 16th, 7-9pm.
